Extrusion dies, often referred to as T-DIES, are specialized tools used in the extrusion process to shape materials as they are forced through the die. These dies are crucial in manufacturing various products by shaping molten or softened materials into desired profiles. The term "T-DIES" refers to the specific design or configuration of the die used in the extrusion process.
Cast Film Dies: Designed for producing CPP/CPE film, stretch film, breathable film, barrier film, and more.
Sheet/Foil Dies Series: Includes dies for producing optical sheets, light guide plates, stationery sheets, refrigerator and bathtub boards, PVC foamed boards, etc.
Meltblown Non-Woven Dies: Uses high-speed hot air to draw the melt stream from the die’s spinneret hole, forming microfibers that gather on a screen or roller to create meltblown nonwoven fabric.
Hollow Profile Dies Series: Produces structures like twin wall, honeycomb, X type, with thicknesses up to 80mm and widths from 1200-3000mm for standard PP hollow sheets.
Narrow Cap Coating Dies Series: Suitable for coating production with hot-melt adhesive, pressure-sensitive glue, water-soluble solutions, and other solvents.
Multilayer Manifold Dies: Each layer is designed for specific polymers, offering uniform and accurate polymer layer proportions, with separate temperature control units and heat insulation.
Multi-layer Co-extrusion Blown Film Die Series: Features adjustable external die lips for concentricity with internal lips, optimized for strong self-cleaning, low-pressure loss, and easy assembly.
