Thermal Insulation for Cladding Work in Power Plants

Insulating pipes in power plants prevents heat loss and improves the efficiency of heat-control systems. Used mainly on pipes connecting to generating units, water pipes, and other pipes involved in the heat-control process.

RockWool Insulation for Steam Pipes and Chemical Tanks

Steam pipes and chemical tanks in a plant often need to hold a steady temperature throughout production. Rockwool insulation cuts heat loss from the pipe and tank surfaces, and reduces the risk of workers accidentally touching a hot metal surface nearby. The Centrotec team surveys the site before cutting and shaping insulation to fit each pipe and tank.

A Robot Cover Sewn Specifically for the NACHI MZ07

A welding robot running continuously in a plant faces heat from the weld point, coolant spray, and metal dust that builds up over the day. The Centrotec team surveyed the site and took a pattern from the real robot before sewing a cover that fits snugly around every moving joint, extending the life of the internal electronics and reducing how often production has to stop for maintenance.

Cold Insulation Jacket Installation

Removable Insulation for Chilled Water Pipes, Preventing Condensation

An uninsulated chilled water pipe tends to collect condensation from humidity in the air, which leads to rust and a steady loss of cooling energy. Centrotec's removable jackets pair a waterproof outer layer with cold insulation inside, cutting condensation while still coming off easily for valve or fitting inspections without destroying the existing insulation.

Insulation Jacket for Plastic Injection & Extrusion Machine

A Removable Jacket Around the Barrel, Holding a Steady Temperature Every Cycle

An injection or extrusion machine barrel needs a steady temperature along its full length. An uninsulated barrel keeps losing heat to the air, forcing the heaters to work harder to compensate. A jacket sewn in sections along the barrel cuts this heat loss, while still opening at just the spots needed to reach a sensor or heater without removing the whole jacket.

Hot Insulation Jacket for Yacht Exhaust Pipes

Heat-Resistant Insulation in a Tight Engine Room

A yacht's exhaust pipe sits in a cramped, poorly ventilated engine room. A scalding-hot pipe surface is a real risk to crew who need to work in that same tight space for inspection or maintenance. Insulation and ceramic fiber covers cut to each engine's exact shape reduce the heat radiating into the engine room, while still having to withstand sea-air humidity over the life of the installation.

Hot Insulation Jacket for Coffee Roasting Process

Keeping Roast Temperature Consistent, Batch After Batch

The quality of a coffee roast depends on how steady the temperature stays through the process. If the roasting drum or the connected hot-air ducting loses heat along the way, the actual temperature the beans see each batch can drift. A jacket cut to fit the drum and ducting keeps that temperature steadier, while also cutting the heat radiating into the work area around the roaster.
