3-Layer Construction
Inner layer (direct heat contact) — Silica Cloth, rated to 1,000°C
Middle layer (insulation) — Ceramic Fiber Blanket, 1–2 in. thick, rated to 1,260°C
Outer layer (visible surface) — Silica Cloth or Silicone-Coated Fiberglass, rated to 550°C, customer's choice
Middle layer (insulation) — Ceramic Fiber Blanket, 1–2 in. thick, rated to 1,260°C
Outer layer (visible surface) — Silica Cloth or Silicone-Coated Fiberglass, rated to 550°C, customer's choice
