Exterior Walls

The Cool ‘n’ Comfort SL model, made from volcanic rock, is specifically designed for single-layer metal sheet walls. Due to its length, this insulation is ideal for external walls and is highly efficient in reducing indoor heat. It is engineered to meet ASTM C665 (American Society for Testing and Materials) standards, making it perfect for light wall construction.

For prefabricated wall panels, Rockwool insulation is designed to meet thermal performance requirements such as the Overall Thermal Transfer Value (OTTV) specified for external building designs. Accurately determining the amount and specifics of the insulation is crucial, especially since glass wall systems use aluminum sheets that easily conduct heat into the building, necessitating precise design and calculation.

The Cool ‘n’ Comfort SL model is a non-combustible insulation that effectively addresses fire safety concerns. It meets the Euroclass (EN13501-1) A1 standard for non-combustible materials, meaning it will not catch or spread fire, ensuring that buildings equipped with Rockwool insulation maintain a high level of fire safety.

Additionally, the Cool ‘n’ Comfort SL model helps reduce noise pollution. Rockwool's soundproofing capabilities mitigate noise from industrial activities, both inside and outside of buildings, thanks to its excellent sound-absorbing properties. This is supported by its high Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC), available in different thicknesses.

Interior Walls

Safe ‘n’ Silent Pro model is also non-combustible and certified under Euroclass (EN13501-1) A1 for fire resistance. It is suitable for light wall construction in Southeast Asia, providing a fire-safe environment for both building occupants and the structure itself.

Safe ‘n’ Silent Pro is water-resistant and moisture-tolerant (as per EN1609 water absorption test standards). It can prevent water leakage and retain its shape even during heavy rain while maintaining its soundproofing and fire-resistant properties.
